Thank you for your past support of OakBend’s Patchwork of Life event. As the only independent, nonprofit hospital in the Greater Houston Area, OakBend is committed to providing exceptional, compassionate healthcare to the people it serves, regardless of their ability to pay. Your support plays an important role in helping OakBend meet the needs of our community. We are honored by the continued support of our community and corporate partners.
2021’s theme was “A Closer Look” and proceeds will benefit OakBend’s Radiology Department. Funds raised from this year’s Patchwork of Life will purchase updated MRI and CT scan machines for our hospitals.
Our Patchwork of Life event in 2022 will be live-streamed so that our sponsors can watch it in the convenience of their own homes or other viewing locations with catered food and close friends. Funds raised from this year’s event will go toward the purchase of upgraded medical equipment. As an independent, non-profit large equipment purchases such as these can be made less arduous with the support from outside sources such as individual donors, corporations, and foundations.
